Webinar Talk Series # 87 titled “Understanding Blockchain and Cryptocurrency for Beginners” was held on 6th February 2022 Sunday from 06.00 PM to 07.30 PM IST. Mr R. Krishna Alumnus 2003/ Mechanical Engineering was the guest speaker of the occasion. Around 40 participants joined the webinar across the globe using the WebEX Application. Mr.S.Vasanth Kumar, President, SREC AA welcomed the guest and the global audiences to the webinar talk series .The Speaker explained the importance of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency. He also explained the how cryptocurrency works. The session was livelier with interactions from the audiences. Dr.C.J.Thomas Renald, Secretary, SRECAA thanked the guest and the audience for sparing time and thought to make this webinar a grand success during the closing remarks.
